Hagyó got their estates legally – reported the Népszava

Yesterday the Kecskemét Court resolved/unlocked the closure of the properties of Hagyó Miklós’s (former socialist deputy lord mayor) adherents, in the hearing of the former politician and his 14 other defendants.

The judge boards which lead by Hadnagy Ibolya – accepted with the standpoint of the defense – adjudicate: Hagyó got his property which is locked/blocked before that time what they are talking about in the trial, and there are documents which can prove the legal origin. The judge board still lock Hagyó’s property, according to the order it is because of the incidental property sequester which can be 30 million forint, while in greater/bigger part the legal counsel of the BKV yesterday handed in a claim of relief with the amount of 169 million forint, so the property sequester is a cover.

The only way to a property confiscation can happen, if Balogh Zsolt’s former CEO at BKV charges with the Nokia box is true. But these counts are only based on Balogh variance/paradox statements. On the last day hearing the court established that all the estates were from legal source. Hagyó bought the estate for his daughter 9years before his putative crime, he bought his own apartment in Budapest from other estate sales, the estate in Jászberény he got from his dad, while he bought the plot/parcel in Jászfelsőszentgyörgy from his own money. And by the way the plot’s price was 50 thousand forint.

The defense objected that for the lock, the affronted/aggrieved through the process didn’t do any suggest, only the day of the decision, orally. Kádár András defender qualified as a conduct of abused likely. Hagyó Miklós noticed the decision of the court. The affronted/aggrieved BKV’s representative announced an appeal against the estate of Hagyó’s daughter and the unlock for that. The case will be discussed on the Szeged Court in the court of the second instance.

THE BKV’s case will continue in Kecskemét, with the hearing of Mesterházy Ernő, the former advisor of Demszky Gábor, who is the defendant no. 2.

Feloldotta a Hagyó Miklós volt szocialista főpolgármester-helyettes hozzátartozóinak nevén szereplő vagyonrészekre elrendelt zárlatot a Kecskeméti Törvényszék tegnap, az egykori politikus és 14 társa ügyében tartott tárgyaláson.

A Hadnagy Ibolya által vezetett bírói tanács - elfogadva a védelem álláspontját - úgy ítélte meg: Hagyó zárolt vagyona a per tárgyává tett időszakot megelőző évekből származik, és a rendelkezésre álló dokumentumok igazolják törvényes eredetét. A bírói tanács azonban továbbra is fenntartotta Hagyó vagyonának zárlatát, ez a határozat szerint 30 millió forint erejéig az esetleges vagyonelkobzás, míg nagyobb részben a BKV jogi képviselője által csak tegnap benyújtott, mintegy 169 millió forintos kártérítési igény fedezetéül szolgál.

Vagyonelkobzásra abban az esetben kerülhetne sor, ha beigazolódnak Balogh Zsolt egykori BKV-vezérigazgató Nokia-dobozos vádjai. Ezen vádpontok azonban kizárólag Balogh ellentmondásos vallomásain alapulnak. A tegnapi tárgyaláson a bíróság az összes ingatlannal kapcsolatban megállapította, hogy azok legális forrásból származnak. Hagyó a lánya tulajdonában álló ingatlant 9 évvel a bűncselekmény vélt elkövetése előtt vásárolta, míg saját budapesti lakását korábbi ingatlaneladások bevételéből, a jászberényi ingatlant édesapjától kapta ajándékba, míg a jászfelsőszentgyörgyi telket saját pénzből vette. Ez utóbbinak az értéke egyébként mindössze ötvenezer forint.

A védelem kifogásolta, hogy a zár alá vételre a sértett az eljárás folyamán mindeddig nem tett indítványt, csak a döntés napján, szóban. Kádár András védő ezt visszaélésszerű magatartásnak minősítette. A bíróság döntését Hagyó Miklós tudomásul vette. A sértett BKV jogi képviselője azonban fellebbezést jelentett be Hagyó lányának ingatlana, illetve annak zár alóli feloldása ellen. Az ügyet másodfokon a Szegedi Ítélőtábla tárgyalja majd.

A BKV-per kecskeméti tárgyalása csütörtökön Demszky Gábor egykori főtanácsadójának, Mesterházy Ernő másodrendű vádlottnak a meghallgatásával folytatódik.
