Mesterházy Ernő: the investigation authority commited a crime

Mesterházy Ernő, the former advisor of Demszky Gábor, said on the hearing of the BKV case on Thursday in his written statement that the investigation authority commited a crime on his hearing on the 26th of February, 2010 – read out the judge.

The hearing according to the record had been for 11hours, and the result was only 2 pages. „With the happening in the rest of the time, the authority has to reckon with. – said in his statement. ”

According to Mesterházy Ernő, the investigation authority humiliated him and they tried to convince him to take an incriminating statement agains Hagyó Miklós, and if he does it, then they will let him leave from the pre-trial detention. But the former advisor always answered with his best knowledge and he always said the truth. 

After the read out of the statement the judge warned Mesterházy Ernő with danger of the false accusation, but he maintained what she just read out. The former advisor thinks the trial is concept, intention by politics.  „I don’t know who is behind all of this, but it will unravel” – finished his statement and then he announced that he is not going to answer to questions, and he is not going to continue his confession.

Mesterházy Ernő: a nyomozóhatóság bűncselekményt követett el

Demszky Gábor egykori főtanácsadója, Mesterházy Ernő a BKV-per csütörtöki tárgyalásán azt állította írásban benyújtott, és a bírónő által felolvasott vallomásában, hogy a nyomozóhatóság bűncselekményt követett el a 2010. február 26-i kihallgatásán.

A kihallgatás a jegyzőkönyv szerint közel 11 órán át tartott, eredménye pedig csupán két oldal volt. ''A fennmaradó időben történtekkel a hatóságnak kell elszámolnia'' - állt a vallomásban. 

Mesterházy Ernő szerint a nyomozóhatóság megalázta és arról győzködte őt, hogy tegyen terhelő vallomást Hagyó Miklósra, és ha ezt megteszi, akkor elengedik az őrizetből. Az egykori főtanácsadó azonban mindig a legjobb tudása szerint válaszolt, és igazat mondott. 

A vallomás felolvasása után a bírónő figyelmeztette a hamis vád veszélyére Mesterházy Ernőt, de ő fenntartotta az elhangzottakat. A volt főtanácsadó a pert koncepciósnak, politikai indíttatásúnak minősítette. ''Nem tudom, kik állnak mögötte, de ki fog derülni'' - zárta vallomását, azt pedig bejelentette, hogy kérdésekre nem válaszol, és a vallomástételt nem folytatja.
