On the yesterday’s hearing of the BKV the counts with the C. C. Soft were on the carpet. The court heard two witnesses who were the responsible people of the project in the company’s department of investments in 2007 when the company established the passenger informant system of the Szentendre’s local train.

He emphasized that the professionals of the C. C. Soft did everything for the insurance of the working of the system but a lot of mistakes came along. Still he signed all the documents, including the accounting sheet which was the achievement certificate in the connection of the contract changing in October, 2007 and including similar document to the achievement certificates of November. He said in his investigation testimony about the achievement certification of November that the that time technological deputy CEO Zsolt Balogh took in the decision power, so with this he supported the conception of the accusation that they had to pay out to the C. C. Soft Ltd. even though of the mistakes because of an upper order.
Still for the lawyers’ questions what they asked several times that any of the defendants ordered him to any outlawry or committal of an abuse he answered with a determined no. It came as a surprise for the witness that the achievement certifications were not only signed by Zsolt Balogh, but it was also signed by his direct boss, the that time leader of the department, G. N. Attila Antal, who is the former CEO of the, the third defendants of the case, in his observation he said that if F. P. wouldn’t have signed the accounting sheets along with the achievement certification the C. C. Soft wouldn’t get the amount what they deserved according to the contract and then the project wouldn’t go on. The project which (at that time) F. P. was the responsible for.
A comical scene came on when they reviewed pictured to the court which proved the work of the C. C. Soft. P. said that however he was the one who collected the document for the inside audit of the BKV and he attached pictures to it, he couldn’t identify the showed visual matter. After a long search it turned out that these pictures were uploaded in April 27, 2011, two years after the guarantee from the C. C. Soft Ltd. ended. About this Attila Antal noted that in September of this year he was also taking pictures in the stations of the local train. He emphasized: 6 years after the investment the devices are in a good condition on every statement, they couldn’t ruin them, and the BKV could run the system with a 100% with a little care.

Szerinte a tapasztalatlansága és irányíthatósága okán került ebbe a pozícióba, de erre már csak a sajtóbotrány kirobbanása miatt következtetett.
Elmondta, hogy 2007. novemberére műszakilag úgy állt a beruházás, hogy megkezdődhetett a tesztüzem egy harminc napos próbaidővel az esetlegesen felmerülő hibák kijavítása miatt. Kiemelte, a C.C. Soft szakemberei mindent megtettek a rendszer működésének biztosítására, de több hibára is fény derült. Ennek ellenére mind a 2007. októberi szerződésmódosítással kapcsolatos teljesítési igazolás számfejtési ívét, mind a novemberi teljesítési igazolással kapcsolatos hasonló dokumentumot is aláírta. A nyomozati vallomásában elmondta a novemberi teljesítési igazolás kapcsán, hogy az akkor műszaki vezérigazgató-helyettes Balogh Zsolt a döntési jogköröket magához vonta, alátámasztva a vád azon koncepcióját, hogy felső utasításra kellett a C.C. Soft Kft. munkáját kifizetni a műszaki problémák ellenére.
Ezzel szemben az ügyvédek többszöri kérdésére, miszerint bárki a vádlottak közül törvénytelenségre, illetve szabálytalanságok elkövetésére utasította volna, határozott nemmel válaszolt. Meglepetésként érte a tanút, hogy a teljesítési igazolásokat nem csak Balogh Zsolt, hanem az ő közvetlen felettese, a főosztály akkori vezetője, N.G. is aláírta. Antal Attila egykori vezérigazgató, az ügy harmadrendű vádlottja ezzel kapcsolatos észrevételében közölte, hogy ha P.F. a számviteli ívet nem írja alá a teljesítési igazolás mellett, akkor a C.C.
