BKV case: the prosecution quizzed an Olympic champion and a film director

On the Kecskemét Tribune on Thursday on the hearing of the BKV case, they heard as a witness Csapó Gábor who is an Olympic Champion and Kamondi Zoltán who is a film director. According to the standpoint of the accusation the sponsor of the sport and culture at the time of the former deputy lord mayor, Hagyó Miklós was unneeded and damage cause activity. Csapó’s Limited partnership signed with the BKV in 2008, with the value of 2,85 million forint. 

And Csapó placed the BKV’s molino in his swimming school, and with the help of the parents they worked on the BKV’S logo on the kid’s sport supplemental. The Olympic champion told, that in his swimming school he raised 20 thousand young kids in 20 years, including 50 handicapped young kids in a year, and for whom they ensured the participation for free.

The prosecution also tried to prove that between Hagyó Miklós and Csapó Gábor there is a close, personal relationship. Towards of this they even questioned Hagyó’s neighbor during the investigation, because the lady a few times played rummy with Csapó Gábor. On the hearing Hagyó observed, that the prosecution didn’t question for example Demszky Gábor, former lord mayor and other, relevant witnesses, whilst they did it with his neighbor. Earlier it turned out too that the investigators even questioned Hagyó’s doctor in the BKV case, but the CEO of the company who could denial the Nokia-box story (which already turned out it was a lie) wasn’t questioned, however he/she even applied at the polices. Hagyó thinks that these selections are „weird”.

After Csapó, Kamondi Zoltán film director had his testimony in court. In his case the BKV paid 3.600.000 forints for the support of a feature film, as the BKV did it earlier too, for example in the case of the big success movie „Kontroll”. According to the prosecution here there was a crime because the support of the movie was unneeded and it served Hagyó’s interests. The piquancy of the case that the MVM (Hungarian Electricity Works) which was led by Kocsis István paid almost 10 million forints for the movie, and then Kocsis – as the director of the BKV – prosecuted at the transportation company because of this movie. According to the film director, they had damage for the film industry because they make the support of the culture as a crime.

BKV-per: olimpikont és filmrendezőt faggatott az ügyészség

Csapó Gábor olimpiai bajnok vízilabdázót és Kamondi Zoltán filmrendezőt hallgatták meg tanúként a BKV-per tárgyalásán csütörtökön a Kecskeméti Törvényszéken. A vád álláspontja szerint szükségtelen és kárt okozó tevékenység volt az elsőrendű vádlott, Hagyó Miklós volt főpolgármester-helyettes idejében a sport és a kultúra szponzorálása. Csapó bt.-je 2008-ban szerződött a BKV-val 2,85 millió forint értékben.

Csapó pedig kihelyezte úszóiskolájában a BKV molinóját, és a szülők segítségével a gyerekek sportkiegészítőire ráhímezték a BKV logóját. Az olimpikon elmondta, hogy az úszóiskolájában húszezer fiatalt nevelt fel 20 év alatt, köztük évente 50 fogyatékos fiatalt, akiknek ingyen biztosították a részvételt.

Az ügyészség azt is megkísérelte bizonyítani, hogy Hagyó Miklós és Csapó Gábor között közeli, személyes kapcsolat volt. Ennek érdekében még Hagyó szomszédját is kihallgatták a nyomozás során, mert a hölgy időnként együtt römizett Csapó Gáborral. A tárgyaláson Hagyó észrevételezte, hogy az ügyészség nem hallgatta ki például Demszky Gábor volt főpolgármestert és más, releváns tanúkat, míg a szomszédját igen. Korábban az is kiderült, hogy a nyomozók még Hagyó kezelőorvosát is kihallgatták a BKV-ügyben, de a kacsának bizonyult Nokia-dobozos történetet megcáfolni tudó cégvezetőt nem, pedig ő még jelentkezett is a hatóságoknál. Ezeket a szelektálásokat Hagyó "furcsának" találta.

Csapó után Kamondi Zoltán filmrendező is tanúvallomást tett. Az ő esetében a BKV 3 millió 600 ezer forintot fizetett ki egy játékfilm támogatására, ahogy a közlekedési cég ezt korábban is megtette, például a nagysikerű Kontroll című film esetében. Az ügyészség szerint itt azért történt bűncselekmény, mert a film támogatása szükségtelen volt, és Hagyó érdekeit szolgálta. Az ügy pikantériája, hogy a Kocsis István vezette Magyar Villamos Művek (MVM) közel 10 millió forintot adott a filmre, majd Kocsis - már BKV-vezérigazgatóként - ugyanennek a filmnek a támogatása miatt feljelentést tett a közlekedési cégnél. A filmrendező szerint a filmes szakmának károkat okozott, hogy a kultúra támogatását kriminalizálták.
