The Hagyó case’s number 31 witness considered two BKV contracts important and useful on the Tuesday hearing at the Kecskemét Tribunal. They questioned the witness in connection to the accusations of the AAM Zrt. and the Montana Zrt.
The witness was brought to BKV Zrt. by the recommendation of Gábor Demszky, former lord mayor of the SZDSZ and he worked as deputy chief executive officer at BKV from April 2007 to December 2008 then left the transportation company with a several 10 million forints “step-down fee”.
They projected the electronic mails - which were sent by Montana to BKV - on the wall of the courtroom, but no substantial information connected to the project could’ve been found.
The witness said that he didn’t know anything about the details of the contract signed by Montana, although according to the indictment that BKV signed the contract with the IT company based on his recommendation.
According to the accusation, based on the orders of Miklós Hagyó first accused, BKV signed two contracts with AAM. According to the indictment the transportation company paid 133 million forints based on signed contracts for services that were unnecessary for BKV.
At the request of the number 31 witness BKV signed a contract with Montana for 504.000 forints monthly. The transportation company paid 5,4 million forints for the online news alert service called “Naprakész” (Up-to-date), which is contained in the contract, however the control didn’t find any accomplishment verification.
The witness considered the AAM’s work important, because – as he said – there were only a few experts who worked on the subway investment and he needed the information given by Montana at the decision-making.
On the day of the hearing the second questioned witness was Imre Ikvai-Szabó who during the time period of the accusation, since 2007 was the deputy lord mayor delegated by the SZDSZ.
For the question of the prosecutor János Homonnai he told that the supervision of the local governmental economical companies’ financial matters wasn’t part of his tasks. According to his testimony he tended a good relationship with Miklós Hagyó, but he couldn’t give any substantial information about the contracts of the local governmental economical companies.
According to the Attorney General’s Office the criminal organization lead by Miklós Hagyó caused approximately 1,5 billion forint financial disadvantage to BKV until August 2008.
The case continues on Thursday with the hearing of a witness.

Fontosnak és hasznosnak ítélt két BKV-szerződést a Hagyó-per 31-es számú tanúja a Kecskeméti Törvényszéken folyó per keddi tárgyalásán. A tanút az AAM Zrt.-vel és a Montana Zrt.-vel kapcsolatos vádak miatt hallgatták ki.
A 4-es metró projektet másfél évig irányító 31-es számú tanú teljes anonimitást kért a Hagyó Miklós egykori szocialista főpolgármester-helyettes és társai ellen indított perben. A tanú Demszky Gábor egykori SZDSZ-es főpolgármester javaslatára került a BKV Zrt.-hez, és 2007 áprilisától 2008 decemberéig dolgozott BKV vezérigazgató-helyetteseként, majd több tízmilliós lelépési díjjal távozott a közlekedési vállalattól.
A Montana által a BKV részére elküldött elektronikus leveleket kivetítették a tárgyalóterem falára, de a projekttel kapcsolatos érdemi információt nem lehetett felfedezni a levelezésben.
A tanú azt mondta, a Montanával kötött szerződés részleteiről semmit sem tudott, pedig a vádirat szerint az ő javaslatára kötött szerződést az informatikai céggel a BKV.
A vád szerint Hagyó Miklós elsőrendű vádlott utasítására az AAM-mel két szerződést kötött a BKV. A vádirat szerint a BKV számára szükségtelen szolgáltatásokért kötött szerződések alapján 133 millió forintot utalt át a közlekedési vállalat.
A Montanával, a 31-es számú tanú kérésére, havonta 504 ezer forintért kötött szerződést a BKV. A szerződésben szereplő Naprakész elnevezésű online hírfigyelő szolgáltatásért 5,4 millió forintot fizetett ki a közlekedési vállalat, teljesítésigazolást azonban nem talált az ellenőrzés.
A tanú az AAM munkáját fontosnak ítélte, mert - mint mondta - a BKV-nál kevés szakember dolgozott a metróberuházáson, a Montana által adott információkra pedig szüksége volt a döntéshozatalnál.
A tárgyalási napon a második kihallgatott tanú Ikvai Szabó Imre volt, aki a vádbeli időszakban, 2007-től az SZDSZ által delegált főpolgármester-helyettes volt.
Homonnai János ügyész kérdésére elmondta, az önkormányzati gazdasági társaságok költségvetésének felügyelete tartozott a feladatai közé. Vallomása szerint Hagyó Miklóssal jó kapcsolatot ápolt, az önkormányzati gazdasági társaságok szerződéseiről azonban nem tudott érdemi információt adni.
A főügyészség szerint a Hagyó Miklós vezetésével működő bűnszervezet 2008 augusztusáig megközelítőleg 1,5 milliárd forint vagyoni hátrányt okozott a BKV-nak.
A per csütörtökön tanúkihallgatással folytatódik.
