Balogh unsaid his testimonies about the Nokia-box

„I’m not a hero. I didn’t want anything else, just to go home” – said the defendant, Balogh Zsolt on the hearing of the BKV case on Tuesday. The former proxy CEO reported the same as his co-defendants, that he said his investigation testimonies under pressure, moreover, he was declare in the media (among others about the Nokia box), to escape/avoid jail. Balogh unsaid all of his before said testimonies/statements.

The Hagyó case continued on Tuesday on the Kecskemét Court, with Balogh Zsolt’s testimony. Balogh Zsolt the former proxy CEO of the BKV, who unleashed/precipitated the Nokia-box scandal, IV. accused. Balogh’s testimony was waited for so long, most of the prosecutions/charges at the BKV case were, because it was based on his investigation testimonies, moreover, then he even repeated his incriminatory statements exaggeratedly at the right sided media. That was the reason why the Nokia-box story got so much attention/took it’s flight, which said that Balogh gave slush-fund to Hagyó Miklós a few times, because his toughness. Two counts of three against Hagyó were based on Hagyó’s conflicted/contradiction/variance testimonies. 

At the beginning of the hearing Balogh and his defender observed that the counsel – out of one’s crease – accused Balogh Zsolt in more counts, that in that he wasn’t even a suspect. Balogh anticipated/premised that he doesn’t confess/admit his guilt, the BKV had no damages, and he didn’t have before and he doesn’t have now any knowledge about detrimental contracts. According to his statement that he all the time made contracts with value scale (when the values are scaled). 

He said about his testimonies against others, that he felt like, he has to say more and more thwarting to let him go home. „I didn’t want to go to jail as my co-workers. I was declare in the media, for not to be arrested” – he said, referred to his before declares/statements for the Magyar Nemzet and for the HírTv. The former leader of the BKV brought up/recalled, when he was questioned by four investigators, with the association of only one clerk/barrister in embryo. According to his opinion he said that it’s excels/marked out from the records, that without questions he was discursively saying incriminatory things against others. „I’m not a hero. I didn’t want anything else, just to go home” – explained his testimony’s content, and he unsaid them. 

After this, Balogh featured/traced his career at the BKV from the foreman of the investments to the CEO. According to his telling, he was in crossfire because of some political interest and career interest. He brought up/recalled that the scandal which was around the BKV’S parameter book was made for the interest of the then maverick, wherein the representatives of the profession – like him – effacement, while the pressure just grew on them. According to Balogh’s telling in that time a lot of leader of the trade union wanted Antal Attila’s CEO post/status, and Balogh thought that he was a good and fair professional. As it known, Balogh got the call/ask after Antal Attila’s heart attack, that – first – for 30 days he should do the task as a CEO.

For the concrete prosecutions Balogh said, that he thinks he is innocent in the case of the contract’s making. He didn’t know about any value scale, he always approved the contracts which were put in as a professional aspect. He also said, that he never ordered anyone for making any contract. He demonstrated with pictured projected on beamer, that how the investigation accused him with simple signings/endorsements and with contracts which were approved, submitted/proposed by someone else. And these contracts were not referred as unprofitable.

About his former co-workers, he only said about Hagyó that „a lot of times he called me for ’raport’ and he yelled at me.” (I couldn’t find anything for raport, I didn’t even know this word in Hungarian, but I checked it, and it means like a „questioning from a boss at a company”, mostly because of a „going-over/wig.”) With his relationship with Mesterházy he said it was superficial/shallow, non-committal, while as he said with Antal Attila he had a fair professional carry on with him. 

Balogh said about the big counts, like the contract between the C. C. Soft about the Szentendre’s local train’s passenger informant’s system. He said it was needed and reasonable, he said the news in the media about the hairdryer build up and about the rubbishy/shoddy are flummery/hogwash. He also said, that the passenger informant’s system „was working last night” so it cannot be „rubbishy/shoddy”. He showed a similar system (system from Graz), which looks like the same with what work he was accused with.

Balogh visszavonta a Nokia-dobozos vallomásait

A volt megbízott vezérigazgató vádlott társaihoz hasonlóan arról számolt be, hogy nyomozati vallomásait nyomás alatt tette, sőt, a sajtóban is azért nyilatkozott (többek között a Nokia-dobozról), hogy elkerülje a börtönt. Balogh minden korábbi vallomását visszavonta.

A Nokia-dobozos botrányt kirobbantó Balogh Zsolt, egykori megbízott BKV vezérigazgató, negyedrendű vádlott vallomástételével folytatódott a Hagyó-per tárgyalása kedden, a Kecskeméti Törvényszéken. Balogh vallomását igen nagy várakozás előzte meg, ugyanis a BKV-ügyben keletkezett vádak javarészt az ő nyomozati vallomásain alapulnak, sőt, terhelő kijelentéseit a jobboldali médiában, feltupírozva meg is ismételte. Így kapott szárnyra többek között a Nokia-dobozos történet, amely szerint Balogh több alakalommal kenőpénzt juttatott Hagyó Miklósnak, annak fenyegető magatartása hatására. A Hagyó elleni három vádpontból kettő is Balogh, egyébként ellentmondásos vallomásain alapul.

A tárgyalás elején Balogh és védője észrevételezte, hogy az ügyészség – szabálytalanul – úgy vádolta meg Balogh Zsoltot több pontban, hogy azokban gyanúsított sem volt. Balogh előrebocsátotta, hogy bűnösségét nem ismeri el, a BKV-t semmilyen kár nem érte, hátrányos szerződésekről nem volt és nincs tudomása. Állítása szerint minden esetben értékarányos szerződéseket kötött.

Másokra nézve terhelő vallomásairól elmondta, hogy úgy érezte, minél több visszásságot kell mondania, hogy hazaengedjék. „Nem akartam börtönbe menni úgy, mint a kollégáim. A sajtónak is azért nyilatkoztam, hogy ne tartóztassanak le” – mondta, utalva korábbi, a Magyar Nemzetnek és a HírTV-nek tett nyilatkozataira Balogh. Az egykori BKV-vezető felidézte, mikor négy nyomozó hallgatta ki egyetlen ügyvédjelölt társaságában. Véleménye szerint a jegyzőkönyvekből is kitűnik, hogy kérdések nélkül és csapongva mond másokra nézve terhelő dolgokat. „Nem vagyok hős. Nem akartam mást, csak hazamenni” – indokolta vallomásai tartalmát, és azokat visszavonta.

Balogh ezt követően felvázolta a BKV-nál befutott karrierjét a beruházási csoportvezetőségtől a vezérigazgatóságig. Elmondása szerint a BKV-nál a egyes politikai és karrierérdekek miatt kereszttűzbe került. Felidézte, hogy a BKV paraméterkönyve körüli botrány az akkori városvezetés ellenzékének érdekeit szolgálta, amelyben a szakma képviselői – mint ő – háttérbe szorultak, miközben a nyomás nőtt rajtuk. Balogh elmondása szerint akkoriban több szakszervezeti vezető Antal Attila vezérigazgató posztjára pályázott, akit Balogh jó és korrekt szakembernek tart. Mint ismeretes, Balogh Antal szívrohama után kapta a felkérést, hogy – először – 30 napig lássa el a vezérigazgatói feladatokat.

A konkrét vádakra rátérve Balogh elmondta, hogy ártatlannak tartja magát a szerződések megkötése ügyében. Nem tudott értékaránytalanságról, mindig a szakmai területek által elé terjesztett szerződéseket hagyta jóvá. Elmondta továbbá, hogy soha nem utasított senkit, semmilyen szerződés megkötésére. Projektoron kivetített képekkel szemléltette, hogy az ügyészség hogyan vádolta őt meg szimpla láttamozások és mások által jóváhagyott, előterjesztett, egyébként nem előnytelen szerződésekre hivatkozva.

Volt kollegáiról szólva Hagyóról csak annyit mondott, hogy „sokszor raportra hívott, ordibált velem”. Mesterházyval való kapcsolatát felszínesnek, semlegesnek nevezte, míg állítása szerint Antal Attilával korrekt szakmai viszonyt ápolt.

Balogh kitért a nagy vádpontokra is, úgy mint a CCSoft szerződésére a szentendrei HÉV utastájékoztató-rendszerével kapcsolatban. Ezt szükségszerűnek és indokoltnak nevezte, a sajtóban megjelent, hajszárító beépítéséről és „bóvliról” szóló híreket sületlenségnek nevezte. Elmondta, hogy az utastájékoztató-rendszer „még tegnap este is működött”, így nem lehet „bóvli”. Bemutatott egy fotót is egy hasonló, grazi rendszerről, amely ugyanúgy néz ki, mint amelyik munka miatt őt vádolják.
